super stay near taksim!
free shuttle friendly staff
i loved that this hotel provided a free shuttle to taksim square it made getting around easy. my room was clean and met all the standards i expect from a hotel. the staff was friendly and always ready to help making my stay really good.
the new year's eve event wasn't managed by the hotel it was handled by a third party. we weren't told this beforehand. this led to some disappointments and confusion during the event.

the king guest room had a comfortable bed and modern decor it also featured a spacious bathroom with high-quality toiletries. the room temperature was easily adjustable. i found the soundproofing effective, minimizing street noise.

the gym provided a variety of equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights for a full workout. the pool area had comfortable loungers and a dedicated lifeguard on duty. free parking with valet service was offered.

great dedication warm staff high quality
the staff consistently displayed warmth. esra hanım and tolga bey provided service of high quality. diana and daniyar showed a friendly attitude. i appreciated their dedication.
the blinds in the bathroom had an issue. light came through them.

friendly staff helpful staff bottled water
the staff was friendly and helpful. mr tolga from the front desk assisted me with all my needs. the hotel was very clean and well kept. i received fresh fruit and complimentary bottled water upon arrival, also continued daily.
the blinds in the bathroom were broken (the light always came through).

breakfast featured a superb array of options, prepared freshly and presented beautifully. there was a wide variety of choices available to suit different tastes (especially the fresh pastries!). it was the perfect way to start my day.

The cleanliness was excellent. the team was helpful, and every member was friendly. breakfast included fresh options, a great variety. i learned to take the buses. There is transport to taksim and back.
The ac in our room had issues for days during a cold week. it was only communicated after we asked. There was no proactive notice.

The staff kept checking on us. They wanted to know how we were doing. the cleaning crew is available around the clock for anything you need from them, and the rest of the staff is approachable.

food was delicious!!! breakfast was amazing!!! we got some fruits and cookies upon arrival. it provided a satisfying experience, and the food was of the highest quality. there was a restaurant with a terrace on the top floor.
